Have you ever wondered how Project Reconnect works? Every year the Project Reconnect Web site displays the combined work and contribution of over 60 volunteers.
Although most of our management and production teams are based in the Hunter, our volunteer coordinators, presenters, and sometimes those who film, are from all over NSW and our webmaster, Sharon lives in Queensland!
This year, people from the following districts The Hunter, Orange ,Port Macquarie,
Northern Beaches, Leura, The Illawarra, Baulkham Hills and Parramatta Mission all contribute messages. Coordinators from each of these preaching centres gather volunteers, distribute materials and coordinate with our filming crew.
September’s messages come from Baulkham Hills.
We explore Matthew’s gospel and Paul’s letter to Romans.
Rev Jon Humpries and Rev Prof Dean Drayton provide very engaging and insightful messages that are filled with spiritual wisdom as we consider what it means to know Jesus our Lord and to be God’s people.

Rev Jon Humphries, the Ministry leader at St Matthews UCA in Baulkham Hills NSW, is passionate about creative ways of engaging with God. The Rev Jon is a prolific writer of prayers which he shares on Facebook and is a member of the Assembly Transforming worship Circle and Interest and growing in Faith Circle.
Rev Prof Dean Drayton Dean is a retired Minister of the Uniting Church. He has been a Moderator in the NSW/ACT Synod and President of the Uniting Church. He is an author, started life studying in the area of cosmology before being called into Ministry.
