How often are we told we don’t listen!  The disciples didn’t question anything when Jesus said ‘Come follow me”. They dropped everything and listened.

Then they knew they belonged in this group, they were needed to support Jesus.

Their task was changing other people’s lives through the power of Jesus who shared the the love of God.

Do we obediently answer God’s calls?  It could drastically change our future?

ALL AGE MESSAGE

John baptises Jesus in the Jordan river. All seems good but then Jesus is led to the wilderness for 40 days.

Then he calls to the fishermen to  “Follow Me” – which they do without even questioning, however have no idea how it will change their lives!

They are involved in the sharing of joy of God’s love along with Jesus and becoming fishers of men/women.

We are called to share God’s love – share the joy.
