Minister of the Charlestown and Garden Suburb Congregation. Celebrating this year 40 years of marriage and 31 years of ministry. Past placements include Nyngan, Gloucester,and Parkes. I started out ministry as a youth worker in Griffith, and then as a Lay pastor at Menindee.
These days I am spending more time doing spiritual practices, which gives me a greater opportunity of seeing what God wants me to do rather than having my sensibilities being consumed by day-to-day life.
Look around your neighbourhood and garden and see what animals are blessing you with their presence. How can we bless them with our presence? Be like St Francis and imitate the life of Christ to humans and Animals?
The doctrine of the trinity is unique to Christianity and is not shared by Judaism or Islam, despite all sharing the concept of of God.
