Moses had a very checkered life – privileged Royal and murderer, so he seeks obscurity and an ordinary existence.

God had other ideas. Moses encounters the burning bush and God speaks to him.

The bush became like a standard widescreen phenomenon – a bit out of the ordinary.

An abrupt intrusion of God into his life.

INTER-GENERATIONAL TALK

Paul’s request is that we shine and be aglow with the Holy Spirit.

There is a group of lamps, all using the same power source, the same lamp and similar form.

When they light up they all show different unique pictures but glow altogether.

This is like humans when they plug into the Spirit, and in their uniqueness, Christ’s love will show through.
