Being a follower of Christ does not mean an absence of pain, disagreement, fear, anxiety, but the unwavering presence of Christ, the one who shows us our blind spots, and renews our minds, that we may think and act in ways that reflect the Christ we serve so we may all stand firm.

When we falter and fail, God is the one who lifts us up, Christ holds us with grace and the spirit guides us.  Amen

INTER-GENERATIONAL TALK

Learning about something is totally different to belonging to something.

Learning does not necessarily involve relationships, belonging means we have people around us and we can experience things together.

Even though we are all different, God wants us to be together like lots of lit candles, showing others what God is like.

Together we can encourage each other and show God’s love to those who need it.
