6th October 2024 (Year B -Pentecost 20) “What’s Cooking”

The disciples just followed Jesus  – no questions asked! They wanted to “see the Father” he spoke of.

However Jesus sometimes really confused them with his teaching.

He went out and changed the world and showed the work of God and the Holy Spirit to all

and told them to go out and do likewise.  What did all that mean?

ALL AGE MESSAGE

On special occasions we love to have a great cake to share – it is like sharing love between us.

Jesus wants to bless us – he wants to cut off an extra large slice of love for each of us whether

we are children or grownups.

With sharing cake, it will eventually run out, but Jesus will never run out of love for any of us.
